$97

According to Forbes, 73% of companies with above-average customer experience perform better financially than their competitors. It makes sense, doesn’t it? Positive customer experience is not only going to lead to a happy customer, but it’s going to make that customer become a brand advocate. If they truly had a positive experience, they are going to refer their family and friends to you, FREE of charge! Now that’s the best type of marketing! We understand the importance of this topic for businesses, which is why we brought in one of the best on this topic, Matt Jacobsen COO at Kris Taylor Farms, Inc. Through Matt’s leadership, Kris Taylor Farms has seen improved processes resulting in decreased costs, business expansion, and improved customer experience. If you want to learn how a customer experience strategy has helped grow his business then you won’t want to miss this event!

This month’s event will be held here from 10:00am -1:00pm on June 24th:

DEC Event Center
480 Park Ave
