Matt Jacobsen is the Chief Operations Office at Kris Taylor Farms, Inc. He is responsible over all aspects of the business. Through his leadership, Kris Taylor Farms has seen improved processes resulting in decreased costs, business expansion, and improved customer experience. Matt has over 20 years of global experience with a focus in executing strategic business objectives throughout apparel organizations.
Prior to Kris Taylor Farms, Matt spent his career in the powersports and action sports industries working for market leaders. He was instrumental in the rapid growth at Fox Head Inc. where he also played a key role in the merger and acquisition with Altamont Capital. After Fox Head Inc., he worked with Klim (a subsidiary of Polaris Industries) and then Troy Lee Designs on long-range product and strategic planning.
Matt began his career in sales and moved into operations. He has led implementations ranging from ERP systems such as SAP, to developing and deploying a variety of business process from financial planning & analysis, to go to market strategies, to sales & operations planning. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing with a focus in management from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.
