Clay Hansen is an experienced attorney at the law firm Beard St. Clair Gaffney, with a strong background in commercial real estate, business transactions, trust administration, and estate planning. From 2014 to 2026, he served as Legal Counsel for Ball Ventures, where he advised on complex real estate transactions, leasing, financing, development matters, trust administration, entity creation and various corporate transactions. Prior to joining Ball Ventures, Clay advised clients in the areas of estate planning and fiduciary services with Wells Fargo Private Bank and Wells Fargo Wealth Management. Clay earned his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University. He is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Wyoming.
