I’m Devin Hess, a storyteller and community builder driven by a passion to create meaningful impact through connection and action. I founded Strength Through Stories, a nonprofit dedicated to helping families in need through powerful storytelling and grassroots fundraisers. Over the past year, I’ve led campaigns that have raised tens of thousands for families facing hard times — all by rallying communities to come together for a common cause. My focus is on building real connection, sparking generosity, and turning good intentions into movement. At the end of the day, my mission is simple: to remind people that goodness still exists and that every one of us has the power to make a difference.

I come from a blue-collar background and have built most of my education through experience. My advice, don’t wait until everything’s perfect. Start with what you have, where you are, and who you can help today. At RizeX, I’m looking to connect with good people who want to make a real difference.
