Since graduating college, Dirk has built his career in banking, starting at Wells Fargo in retail and later moving into commercial lending as a credit analyst. He developed strong skills in financial analysis, underwriting, and customer service before joining Zions Bank as a Business Banking Relationship Manager and later VP Commercial Portfolio Manager. In 2019, Dirk joined DL Evans Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer and was promoted to VP Branch Manager in 2020.
