Born and raised in Rigby, Idaho, Jacob holds a degree in Finance and Data Analytics from BYU-Idaho. Jacob launched his career in direct-to-home sales, spending six years with national direct to home organizations where he built and led high-performing sales teams. His teams generated millions of dollars in revenue and ranked #1 nationally out of 150+ teams in both 2024 and 2025. That experience gave Jacob firsthand knowledge of KPIs as leading indicators of success, insight he now brings as VP of Client Success for Crescita Innovations Where he helps clients track what matters and develop their growth strategies.
Jacob is a huge fan of being active. Whether that be playing, attending sporting events, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling to new places. Jacob & his wife have been married for 5 years and have a miniature long-haired dauchshund.
