That includes PC setup and maintenance, troubleshooting, networking, installations, software support, and helping businesses create more reliable and efficient technology environments. A lot of my work involves stepping in when people are frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck, and helping make technology feel manageable again.

A lot of people ask how I ended up in technology after studying psychology, and honestly, both paths have always interested me. I’ve always enjoyed understanding how people think and interact, but I’ve also always been drawn toward technology, troubleshooting, and figuring out how systems work. That combination actually ended up helping me more than I expected because a big part of IT is not just fixing technology — it’s understanding people, communicating clearly, and helping clients feel comfortable and supported when something goes wrong.
