I worked for a few insurance and financial services companies for 12 years. I then worked at different facilities at the INL for 15 years as an engineering technician, instrumentation lead, and shift manager. I started my current businesss as a part-time side business and developed it into a full-time career, and have been doing the business for 6 years. BA, Idaho State University. I have been married for over 31 years and we have three children and five (soon to be six) grandchildren. We also have two dogs that keep us busy and active. If I could give one piece of advice to someone new in this industry, it would be: Stay focused on your “why.” That grounding will carry you through challenges and growth. I enjoy fly fishing, tying flies, LEGO building, and spending time outdoors hiking or backpacking with my wife and dogs. I’m also a lifelong sports fan who enjoys watching basketball and football.
