I’m the founder of BustNMoves Moving Company, where I’ve built a premium brand focused on customer experience, strong leadership, and consistent execution. I believe heavily in systems and processes, they’re the foundation for scaling a business and creating real freedom as an owner. My approach is grounded in my core values of alignment, peace, and loyalty, and I strive to lead in a way that reflects those daily. I’m passionate about helping service-based business owners step out of the grind by building teams and structures that run without them. Alongside my wife, Marcela, I’m building a life centered on thriving in both business and family. At my core, I’m driven by growth, clarity, and building a legacy that truly matters.

I love sports and I love camping. My favorite hobby is golf. I married my beautiful wife Marcela 14 years ago and she’s the best thing that has ever happened to me. She drives me to be my best self. We have 4 amazing kids. A book that I can listen to over and over again is Relentless by Tim Grover. I love the mindset he preaches. I really enjoy Diary of a CEO podcast. I love learning about all topics by experts. I had a football scholarship out of high school. I found out that I’m not as good in school as I was in football. I went to college for 7 years and never graduated. I dropped out. Believe it or not I failed all my business classes as well. I’m a Visionary and a Doer. I never had a “professional” experience in my current industry. I had a strong body, strong mind, and a gritty attitude. That’s what got me here today. I am hoping to surround myself with likeminded individuals. I hope my story and message can serve another.
