Tommy is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a strong background in construction and business ownership. From 2009 to 2025, he owned and operated 4S Concrete, building a reputation for quality work and dependable service. In 2014, Tommy and his wife began their real estate investing journey by purchasing their first true investment property, renovating the main floor for their family while converting the basement into a separate rental space. That project sparked a passion for real estate investing and property development, and since then they have expanded their portfolio to eight properties with thirteen rental doors. Today, Tommy focuses on building spec homes and rental properties for both his own portfolio and for others, while occasionally taking on select property flips. Outside of work, Tommy and his wife—who will celebrate 19 years of marriage this June—stay busy raising their three children, who are all very active in sports. He enjoys the balance of building businesses, investing in real estate, and supporting his family’s busy schedule.
