What’s included
Your investment covers the full four-day, three-night experience: all meals and lodging, facilitated strategy workshops, an executive workbook, access to a high-level peer network, and post-retreat accountability follow-up — this isn’t meant to end when the retreat does.
Where it happens
The retreat is held on a private lakefront property on Island Park Reservoir in Island Park, Idaho — more than 30 executive accommodations built for group connection, an expansive great room for strategy sessions, an outdoor firepit, and direct lake access for the conversations that happen after the sessions end. It’s a secluded setting on purpose: distraction is the enemy of clear thinking, and this property removes most of it.
